63-year-old former licensed nurse Loyce Pickquet Agyeman was arrested on charges of felony murder and neglect to an elder person. 62-year-old Mabel Turman was charged with neglect to an elder person. 61-year-old Wanda Nuckles was charged with depriving an elder person of essential services.
All three women face charges of concealing a death. The charges come four years after Dempsey’s death at Northeast Atlanta Rehabilitation Center. In the released video, Dempsey becomes unresponsive after calling out for help several times. He was later found deceased in his bed.
